LIMITED WARRANTY TO CONSUMERS
ANNE THULL FINE ART DESIGNS® (“ATFAD”) warrants that this Product is free from defects in material and workmanship during normal usage. This limited warranty includes all implied warranties for the Product and is valid for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the first purchase at retail, and extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable or assignable to any subsequent purchaser. This warranty only applies to consumers who purchase the Product in the United States. Some states do not permit limitations on the length of implied warranties, so the limitation on such warranties may not apply to you. This warranty does not cover Products which have been abused, or which are damaged by the consumer.
During the limited warranty period, ATFAD will replace any Product which is defective in normal use and service without charge to the consumer, if it is returned to the selling retailer. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered by this warranty. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so it may not apply to you.
